Comment I'm actually surprised not to find it on this web-site - 15 points au Gault&Millau, Saturday everning's fully booked on Friday night in the restaurant, hopefully they have a very nice bar area with, surely, more simple menu, but though very tasty. Service is unbelievable!!! Very tasty asparagus with hollandaise sauce, same for quail (Sauté de cailles au romarin) with different vegetables (including small red reddish and usual reddish as the most uncommon for garnish) and Entrecôte beurre aux herbes. Very interesting, tasty tarte maison du jour. View is marvelous, some people come there for dinner on Saturday, stay for night and then leave after Sunday's breakfast. Pets are allowed, rooms are nice and clean :)

To be improved Sauce tomate in papardelle was a little bit plain for me (not enough spices / herbes). And again for my taste it's better to have salade verte with several different kinds then just salade de mâche (corn salad) - or was it again some sauce failing and actually, I don't like when this salad is served as intact plants...
