Traditional restaurant in the old town (very close to the “mesquita”). Beautiful place in pure Cordoba style with the open patio. The restaurant is huge, it’s a labyrinth! The quality of the meet (lomo del valle) is exceptional. They serve it almost raw and you finish cooking hot on a boiling plate. The Cordoba version of the Spanish gazpacho called Salonlejo is also very good, its server with fried aubergine.

I have been there many times over the past 5 years and unfortunately the place is not as good as it used to be. The meat is still exceptional but the rest is now average.
