I went to this restaurant with my parents and children in April. We were not happy with the meal at all, especially my parents who had a set menu at 15 euros - steak frites. The steak was so chewy that my mother or father could not eat it and left most on their plates. We told the waitress in a very polite way but her response was "no-one else has complained" basically tough. This is not what we expected at all and to top it all my mother overheard the chef saying to the waitress that we should have gone to mcdonalds !!! If this had happened in UK we would have been offered an alternative choice or refund on meals - but no instead we got abuse and rudeness.
