Very young chef with big potential. Located in the countryside about 20 minutes east from Antwerp. the interior was nice but for me too classic and not reflecting the young owners. We took the fix lenu and the starter was excellent with lobster, eel and celeriac. A bit truffeloil but not too much. The currysoup with broccoli was absolutely too spicy and killed all wine flavours. A bit too much in a gastronomic menu is my opinion as the taste stayed for hours. As a main course the veal was excellent again with correct cuisson. Also the citrus dessert was taste wise good. It only took far too long and we could only leave at 11.30PM. e had an excellent white portugese wine, donna Maria, amantis
Timing, very young team in service. I missed an experience maitre.
