Dial Restaurant, Radisson Edwardian Mountbatton Resto chic

Commentaire général We went there as a pre-theater quick dinner, Chicago is playing around teh corner. It's Modern european food in a nice ( but hotel like) atmosphere, dark wood tables and all the usual "modern 2010" codes.

The meat was perfect, fresh salad, it was friendly, however very "hotel like", rapid - but since we were not up to stay here the entire evening, it was fine for us.

The Rib Eye Steak ( $15) was absolutely perfect, it came with fries ( american style, however home made and very tasty) and salad. The Beef Burger (....8oz) was made of a Ciabatta-like burger bread, the meat was perfect and the cheese on top of it just in teh right proportion, slightly grilled and with a delicous sauce we couldn't identify.

The accompanying sald was a mix of green leaves with onions and a sauce, obviously home made, not the usual sterile taste.

Good choice of wine, we tried Sancerre ( 1 glass = £7,50 -1,75dl) and red Zinfandel / Ravenswood ( dito)

Points à améliorer - no choice of beer " run out the night before" - it was on Easter weekend... come on, we are in London !
