Another restaurant that feels like an airport in Canary Wharf (quite the norm in this part of town), but has a good buzz at lunchtime.
Olives for starter are incredible (I would love to know what makes them so special) but only about 8 of them- beware when sharing…
The main courses were great- I had the lamb, but the monkfish special of the day looked amazing. Last time I was here I had the truffle pasta- which was cooked the wrong side of al dente for me.
Overall, I still think that the quality of the food here is great, and it is not too pricey either.
You need to get here early to get a table- and unless groups are complete- you won’t be able to be seated.
They took forever to bring the very simple drinks order- we had to prompt them twice!
