Excellent 2 Michelin Stars restaurant in Mayfair run by Chef Michel Roux Jr (cousin of Alain Roux who runs The Waterside Inn in Bray). It is a classic french cuisine restaurant and the food is very good. The service is excellent and friendly and the ambience is intimate but too dark in my opinion. Their signature dish "Soufflé Suissesse" is absolutely fantastic. A part from the soufflé as a starter, we had Fillet Rossini (Tournedos et Tranche de Foie Gras Poêlés, Gratin de Macaronis, Ragoût de Légumes au Thym) and Pan-fried Foie Gras (Escalope de Foie Gras Chaud et Pastilla à la Cannelle) that were both very good. As a dessert we had the "Omelette Rothschild, Apricot & Cointrean Souffle" (excellent and delicate). In conclusion this is a very good french restaurant in the heart of Mayfair.

Super bastion de la cuisine classique gastronomique française. Service impeccable et cadre d'époque. Cependant touche de modernité dans certaines des préparations. Un très bon moment.
