The best Japanese restaurant i tried in my life! According to a japanese born gourmet, this is the best Japanese "outside Japan" she tried! Azuma is a traditionnal Japanese gastronomic restaurant, the chef, Kimitaka Azuma exceeds inthe kitchen art and invites you to a real trip to Japan when entering... Omakase meals hold for a degustation menu (10 dishes)...a good way to try out Azuma's impressive cooking : Amazing 3 amuse bouches, sashimis, their special sushis, egg custard, tempuras, wagyu beef, seared tuna with daikon and ponzu sauce (miam!!!!) and then a magestic Udon noodle soup.... Or if you have less time and at lunch you can enjoy a bento lunch box where you get the finest sushis and wagyu steak. Or even just have the best sushis you ve ever had at the sushi bar.....or just a suki-yaki, the japanese fondue with wagyu beef, my favorite!!! Yuki Azuma and her team are 100% japanese, very wellcoming and proffessional! Yuki also combined one of the most impressive wine list i've seen in Oz...don't hesitate to ask advices, there is wine for every dish, taste and price!
